Greetings,
As you may know the UFT and the DOE have reached new terms of the teacher contract. As a result, some schools have altered their schedules to reflect these changes. For the 2023 - 2024 School Year, PS 179's new schedule is as follows:
Breakfast: 7:40am - 8:00am
School Day: 8:00am - 2:20pm
ESH Afterschool: 2:20pm - 5:30pm
All Students who are selected to participate in PS 179 academic afterschool will receive their own separate schedules.
