We hope your Summer Break provided much needed rest and relaxation!
On Thursday, September 7th, 2023 we will open our doors and welcome students back for another vigorous year of instruction and growth. This year, some things are a little different (like our school day schedules) and some are just the way you left it (like our uniforms); so we wanted to break everything down for you below:
Daily School Hours: Monday - Friday
Breakfast: 7:40am - 8:00am
Instructional Day - 8:00am - 2:20pm
ESH Afterschool: 2:20pm - 5:30pm
*Please note, afterschool provided by the school for select students will receive their own afterschool schedules.
School Entrance: Grades K-5 will enter on E. 139th St near the school flagpole
3K & PK will enter in the front entrance (E. 140th St) & walk their child to their classroom.
School Uniforms: Grades K-4 - Sky or Light Blue Shirts/Tops & Dark Blue Pants
Grade 5 - Burgundy Shirts/Tops & Khaki or Beige Pants
3K/PK - No Uniforms Required
Lastly, All students will receive FREE customized backpacks for all students and school supplies on the first day of school.
We ask all students to begin arriving at 7:30am to help with the flow of traffic.
Wi-fi Hotspots will be available on a first come first serve basis & Our First Day of school and Pep Rally Shirts will be distributed.
